I believe avoiding highly processed foods would be the first step to help lose weight. They will often taste very good, but highly processed foods currently have very little nutritional value, making you eat more to have enough electricity to get with the day. If you’re constantly having these foods, changing to grain and other complex carbohydrates will assist you to have more vigor while consuming less. Good blog post.
